FUNDAMENTALS OF COOPERATIVE

The conception of cooperatives presents to us a comprehesive summary of basic information on the cooperative way of handling, organizing, and operating a business. Included are the nature, history, the use of cooperatives and the roles of versatility of people play in a cooperative.

The directors, officers and staff of CAMPE-MPC attended the (16)-hour seminar which was presided by facilitators of CDA accredited institutions as the governing body.

COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT and GOOD GOVERNANCE

This seminar aims to educate and equip the cooperative leaders to the more challenging and fast growing demands, and to address the needs of our increasing number of members.

The directors, officers and staff of CAMPE attended the Cooperative Management & Good Governance Seminar conducted by the facilitators of the Paranaque City Union of Cooperative duly accredited by the Cooperative Department Authority (CDA).

This seminar on financial management involves all activities concerned with raising of capital, planning cash an credit requirement including the effectiveness of the control system as the financial recourses.

CREDIT MANAGEMENT

This seminar on Credit Management is about the process of granting credit, setting the terms on which it is granted, recovering this credit when it is due, and ensuring compliance with company credit policy, among other credit related functions.

RISK MANAGEMENT

This seminar on Risk Management is about the process of identifying risks to the organization, assessing their relative likelihood and impact, implementing appropriate actions to mitigate the risk and providing assurance of this. Risk management gives comfort to members and other stakeholders that the business is being effectively managed.
